CHARLES CITY – A Waterloo man was arrested after a disturbance at a Charles City business.
The incident took place on the evening of December 2, 2020, when officers with the Charles City police department responded to the 1440 block of South Grand Avenue. They had received a report of an intoxicated person causing a disturbance at a business. After an investigation, officers arrested 33-year-old John Willey of Waterloo for public intoxication. He remains in custody in the Floyd county jail awaiting a court appearance.

Thousands of years of evolution dissolved in a few bottles of beer.
He appears to be a highly intelligent fellow.
I have a feeling he may not be house-broke.
In another life he probably would’ve been a lawyer.
