Rockwell man awaiting trial on felony burglary charges jailed for violating no-contact order

MASON CITY – A Rockwell man was jailed Monday after he was found guilty of violating a no-contact order.

Victor John Ineson, age 39, was sent to jail for six days by Judge Dedra Schroeder after he violated a no-contact order in August. A North Iowa woman had filed a Petition for Relief from Domestic Abuse against him.

Ineson is also awaiting trial on two counts of felony third degree burglary, brought by Rockwell police. After a number of continuances, Ineson will stand jury trial on October 28.
