SAC CITY, IOWA – A Northern Iowa man was arrested after expressing his love for a woman by allegedly vandalizing a water tower.
On April 1, 2022, the Sac City police department investigated a vandalism at the Sac City Water Tower. Someone sprayed graffitti on the tower causing over $350.00 in damage.
After an investigation, Eric Muggenberg of Sac City, Iowa, was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief – a serious misdemeanor.
