Brian Pauly, the Interim Recreation Department Manager in Mason City, has told NorthIowaToday.com tonight that the department has finished installing ice on the ice skating rink at Ray Rorick Park. “The parks department will do their best to keep the rink with ice. The success of them doing this is the temps and snow fall.”
