A complaint was reported to this office regarding company sick policy. The complaintant stated management required them to attend work when ill, if they could not find a replacement for their shift. The current employee handbook contains all Food Code required documentation of reporting illness to the person in charge. Management stated they would not allow an ill employee to work and does not require ill employees to report to work.
