MASON CITY – A Mason City woman who pled guilty last December to felony drug charges is back in jail for violating her probation in that case, and will go back if she tests positive for drugs again.
Sarah Ann Movick, age 27, pled guilty in December of 2013 to one count of dealing marijuana after an arrest by Mason City police. She was placed on 5 years of probation and received a suspended prison sentence and a suspended fine.
Movick was accused in September of violating her probation and sent to jail for 30 days, with 23 days suspended on the condition that she has no further positive drug tests. She is now serving her 7 day jail term in the county jail.
