MASON CITY – A program entitled “Guardians of the Night” will be held on Monday, February 11 at 7 p.m. at Lime Creek Nature Center.
Pella Wildlife Company will present this program featuring live Iowa bats. Learn how to identify Iowa’s bats, what habitats they live in, their impact on agriculture, and their interactions with people. Find out about the deadly white-nose syndrome that is decimating bat populations and what this means to the future of bats in Iowa.
