Protected: Iowa woman arrested on felony arson charge after lighting boyfriend’s couch on fire

IOWA CITY - An Iowa woman allegedly begged her boyfriend to come home from out of state and when he refused, used his Bic lighter to torch his couch, placing dozens of adjoining apartments and businesses in jeopardy.
