Mason City man who has had multiple domestic assault charges dismissed faces probation revocation

MASON CITY – A Mason City man who has had a number of domestic assault charges dismissed is in jail at this time facing a probation violation related to a child endangerment charge in Black Hawk county.

Riley had two domestic assault charges dismissed last year by Judge Annette Boehlje.

Earlier this month, Riley was charged with public intoxication after an incident at the Shalom Tower. He pled guilty to that charge.

Riley is being held in the Cerro Gordo County Jail on $25,000 cash bond (10%).  He will likely be transferred to Black Hawk county to face a judge on the probation revocation charge.
