I was in the right pit but, had the wrong end. Figured he didn’t make it as far as anyone thought – the cell phone ping told me he never left the area.

    RIP in peace, dude.

No kidding. He said he “had no interest” in going there while they were looking for him. He was really a jerk about it. No wonder they didn’t find this poor guy. The sheriff was refusing to look any more, or help anybody else do it. Typical for shithole Hampton.

Sheriff was kind of snarky to these guys who weren’t asking for anything other than info, and were only trying to help. Must have been pretty worried that they’d do just what they did, find the missing guy when he didn’t. Is Dodd up for re-election this year? This won’t help his campaign if so.

Great job Sheriff. Was found where his Phone last pinged and you searched it twice. Check out video of Sheriff saying no possible way he was in water and waste of time to look.

I’ll be not at all surprised to hear that it was where I said it was, SW corner of the closest pit.

I have been following Adventures with Purpose for some time on Youtube, and it’s terrific to see these guys come to North Iowa and do this. They seem to have the very best of motivations. I would not be one bit surprised if they get recognition from the White House and get to be thanked by our President in person.

The tens of thousands they get from YouTube and Facebook doesn’t hurt any.
