CLEAR LAKE – A west coast man was arrested after a recent fight at a Clear Lake bar.
The incident took place Friday night, March 2 at about 11:31 PM at Rookies Bar, 307 Main Avenue in downtown Clear Lake. An assault was reported by employees to police at that time, and they investigated. After statements were taken, police arrested 24-year-old Santiago Perez of Tacoma, Washington an charges of assault, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
Three days later, on March 5, Perez pled guilty to all three charges he faced. He was fined $300.00, total, for his crimes for a total of $585.00 including court costs and charges.
