CLEAR LAKE – Local police investigated an incident where someone propositioned another to “go get drugs”.
According to an NIT reader, Clear Lake police and a state patrol cruiser were in the area of North 24th Street in Clear Lake on the evening of February 18th.
Clear Lake police confirmed an incident at a nearby fast food restaurant, telling NIT that they “were at Wendy’s over a claim made by one of the counter people that a customer asked her if she wanted to go get drugs. The customer denied saying any such thing.”
No arrests were made in the incident.
