Protected: Iowa cops talk man off of tall parking ramp ledge, averting tragedy

DES MOINES - A 90-minute crisis negotiation effort by officers in Iowa's Capitol City Sunday afternoon was successful in bringing a man to safety who appeared ready to take a potentially fatal leap.
