OSAGE, Iowa – Two Osage Green Devils will be NIACC Trojans next basketball season.
Samantha Rogers and Jessica Rogers became the fourth and fifth signees for Coach Kelli Terrell’s team this week after they signed their letters of intent on Thursday afternoon.
Samantha was an All-North Iowa Conference honorable mention last season after averaging seven points per game and shooting 47.3 percent from the field. She also had a good season crashing the boards by collecting 135 rebounds.
Jessica averaged 9.7 points per game on 48.8 percent shooting. She also grabbed 142 rebounds, had 70 assists, and 68 steals in her 2011-2012 campaign.
Osage was 19-5 last season.
NIACC will have a young squad to start off Terrell’s second year as head coach. Five players on NIACC’s seven player roster last season were sophomores.
