MASON CITY – A three vehicle accident Thursday morning lead to a citation for a North Iowa man.
Mason City police and emergency responders were called to an accident at about 8:00 AM at Highway 122 and Pierce Avenue.
One woman at the scene complained of a sore neck after the collision but there wan no word as to whether she received medical attention.
Ryan Michael Henderson, 23, of Orchard, Iowa, was charged after the accident with failure to stop in assured clear distance.

That entrance to the Mercy parking lot is a freaking hazard. People turning of the highway have people basically stop in front of them, its an accident waiting to happen. They should close it and make a new one on the side street instead.
