MASON CITY – Mason City police reported Thursday that two North Iowa men have been arrested in connection with thefts.
Police said that Clay Douglas Kalvig of Mason City and Christopher Michael Winters of Rockford were arrested.
Kalvig was charged with three counts of second degree theft and Winters was charged with two counts of second degree theft.
Second degree theft is a class D felony, punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $7,500 fine.
