MASON CITY – A wanted Mason City man was jailed this week.
Dustin Travis Burkhardt, age 26, was found at his home in the 800 block of 10th NW by Mason City police, who were assisted by Cerro Gordo deputies. Burkhardt was wanted on several charges, including driving while barred, interference, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Burkhardt is still being held in jail as he awaits a July 17 court date.
This guy is a real piece of work. Bring back the death penalty with no chance of appeal.
