Rayhon case continued…
This could be a landmark case with a decision that could have far reaching effects. There have been reports that strangers were seen around the Hancock Courthouse who are believed to belong to an extremist group whose main purpose is to size control of all sexual activity in that county and turn it over the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Department. This then could lead to having to be licensed, fees could be implemented and limits imposed….those people like limitations… look what they did to pheasant hunting and fishing. If you were caught with more birds than allowed you would face monetary penalties….and you might lose your gun.
If your fish are not long enough; watch out, they might grab your boat that could run into some serious money. I would bet money the first thing those folks in Hancock County would do is impose limitation on sex… and God help you if you made noise. The first offence might only be a fine and probation but after that you could be forced from the country and stripped of your Isaac Walton membership.
A hard hitting Globe reporter reporting from behind the front lines in Hancock County tells us that if it can be proven you have dementia… no more warm embraces… especially from your husband. It is stated in the Globe’s article in the very last paragraph by someone named Krisko that if you make the wrong choice you have committed a crime. Does this mean in order to have sex with your wife you first need to get authorization from a certified mental health specialist? If your wife gets pissed at you and tells the police she can’t remember where she parked the car….you are going to jail. Meanwhile in Hancock County they are still wrestling with the “Bedspread” issue. They don’t know if it really is a bedspread, it could be a sheet or maybe a blanket. And if the chiropractors stick their hand in this hornets’ nest you need to sign up for 19 treatments and no less than 15 x-rays before they will issue the permit. By then you’ll be out of the mood.
The real nightmare will come if the Lutheran’s get involved and try to ban garlic and olive oil. That is when the real trouble will erupt.

NOT GUILTY
The issue here is “Government” involvement in the day to day decisions of our lives. These charges should never have been brought under these circumstances. No harm no foul.
I don’t see abuse in this instance. I do see stupidity on the part of Rayhons who put himself in this situation.
This should have been a 15 minute “not guilty” deliberation. It’s obvious there are bleeding heart liberals on the jury!
You might have your orientations skewed just a bit. Typically it is conservatives who are ultra sanctimonious on matters of the bedroom (publicly that is), and liberals tend to be a little more permissive towards the body. It’s more accurate to say Puritanicals: those who view sex as uber dirty, and agents for intrusive control are who are behind the castration of Henry Rayhons. I don’t know this guy…he could be a chronic masturbator for all I know.
I said this before on earlier articles, but it sorta depends on the nature of the sexual act Henry was attempting to perform which to me would determine whether it was criminal. If he was standing over her unconscious body dangling his member in front of her face…yeah I’d say the State has a case…but if he was cuddled in the hospital bed with her, affectionately kissing her, and nudging her towards remembering earlier times, I’d say that was sweet. Which was it Henry?
It’s liberal/progressive socialists that want to tell everyone how to live, how much money they can make, what pills to take, legalize drugs, and the list goes on and on and on. They have been engineering our police state for a very long time.

Peter’s ego won’t admit it, but he was influenced by my early writings on NIT warning of the forced drugging by nursing homes and institutions (see the killing of John Kazanas by the State), and the general piss/poor model/format older people face when discarded/placed into smelly, berbed carpet “i love lucy and the lord” television programmed, haldol drugged [so nurses don’t have to deal with ya] nursing homes. I saw them early on in my life, and warned of what’s to come.
Today we will,find out if the state is going to be sleeping in your bed. In truth there are many facets of the nursing home industry thst could stand a closer look, but sex isn’t one of them. Dementia and Alzheimer’s are vicious in themselves, but nowhere as vicious as those who want to regulate them.

The sad truth is, that Rayhons has been tarnished either way. He will always wear the moniker of, “there’s that guy” from Garner and Hancock County, smirk, smirk, smirk?
I would not be surprised at a hung jury. That county is a totally different part of the world. I don’t think there is a person of color in the entire county.
