MASON CITY – Official RAGBRAI Mason City maps were released this week.

Bikers will travel from Forest City to Mason City on July 23rd.  As they approach Mason City, they will enter town on Eisenhower Avenue from the north and then head east on 12th Street NW to Pierce Avenue, where they will again turn south.  They will reach downtown Mason City via 1st Street NW from Pierce.  (Support vehicles will enter town via Highway 122).

Thousands of people are expected to stay in that area for a very large beer garden that encompasses much of the area north of Southbridge Mall, all the way to the Fareway grocery store, between Washington and Delaware Avenues.  Brett Michaels will be headlining the musical entertainment later that evening in Central Park.  Camp sites will be erected in East Park, Parker’s Woods, NIACC and several other locations.

The next day, bikers will migrate to 12th Street North to head east out of town for the next stop in Waverly.

What are you talking about? You know how much Mason City PD likes to let people have a good time?
I am guessing there will be many tickets given for anything possible, also guessing the most bikes in the state stolen again!
With any luck, this will be the last time Mason City sees this event.
It is too great of event to be ruined here in River City.
ForesT City to Waverly would be a good ride!

There will be no public intox tickets if you don’t make a scene. Drink all you want, it’s a party!

Then we go back nazi rules…

I will be curious to see how many people get picked up for public intox.
