MASON CITY – Mason City police responded to the Family Dollar store Sunday after a report of two juveniles hitting golf balls at the building and nearby vehicles.
Mason City police said they were unsure on the damage totals from the incident.
“We are awaiting a decision from Family Dollar whether to press charges or not, along with a damage estimate,” officer Mike McKelvey said this week. “I do not see any reports from vehicle owners. I cannot tell from the report how severe the damage is to Family Dollar store either.”
Officers located the juveniles at the scene and they were turned over to their parents.
The little jerks should be made to pay for all the damage.
