MASON CITY – Saturday October 2nd from 1-3 Dr. Eric Shoars will be at Book World in Southbridge Mall doing a book signing for his book “Women Under Glass.”
Shoars has researched for years regarding glass ceilings in corporate America.
Dr. Eric Shoars grew up in North Iowa, and was prompted to write the book due to his own mother’s struggles in the world of business. His new book highlights the struggles, as well as offering solutions to overcoming the obstacles put in the way of females in the corporate setting.
Dr. Shoars is donating $1 from every sale to supporting Mentoring and Inspiring Women (MIW) programs.
Book World is located near the front entrance of Southbridge Mall in Mason City.
