PLAINFIELD – A Shell Rock man arrested for felony drunk driving has had the charge dismissed.
On September 3, 2014, Bremer County deputy made contact with the driver of a vehicle in the 700 block of Main Street in Plainfield. A deputy’s investigation led to the arrest of 45-year-old Roger Holthaus Shell Rock for third or subsequent offense operating while intoxicated. Holthaus was transported to the Bremer County Jail where he was later released on bond.
On September 26, a judge dismissed the charge.
