Waterloo man driving 100mph arrested for felony drunk driving and child endangerment

BREMER COUNTY – A Waterloo man was arrested for felony drunk driving and child endangerment at 100 miles per hour.

On March 20, 2021, the Bremer county sheriff’s office stopped a vehicle in the 2500 block of Highway 218 for excessive speed. Following a brief investigation, 34-year-old Elijah Martiz Davis of Waterloo was arrested for felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated 3rd offense, 2 counts of child endangerment, driving with a suspended license, speeding (100 in a 65), and interference with official acts causing injury.
