MASON CITY – A Clear Lake woman has found herself behind bars for the first drunk driving offense she committed before being caught again and again.
Heather Kay Gronewold, age 42, is serving 2 days in the Cerro Gordo county jail at this time for a drunk driving crime she committed in Clear Lake back in March of 2015.
Gronewold was then caught drunk driving again, this time in July of 2015 in Bremer county and then once again in August of 2015 in Hardin county.
She was guilty in all three cases and was sent to prison, records show, in October of 2015, where she was to complete a prison OWI program.
