LINEVILLE, IOWA – An elderly woman is dead after her car left a roadway near Highway 65 and crashed into two farm sheds.
According to the Iowa State Patrol, a 2001 Ford F-150 driven by 74-year-old Jacqueline Kuster was westbound on county road J66 half-mile west of Highway 65 in in Wayne county when her truck crossed the center line and traveled south into the ditch and then struck two nearby farm sheds. The pickup truck came to rest in a farm yard.
Kuster was transported to by air to a Des Moines hospital but did not survive the crash. The accident is still under investigation.
