Police nab wanted Spencer woman

SPENCER – A Clay county deputy nabbed a Spencer woman wanted on a drug charge recently.

A Clay county deputy identified 30-year-old Becky Mosley as she exited her vehicle at 102 N. Grand Avenue in Spencer. The officer knew Mosely had a warrant for her arrest for the original charge of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) stemming from a search warrant on February 8th, 2014. Upon making contact with Mosley, she was placed under arrest and transported to the Clay County Jail without incident.

Mosley was later released on a $1,000.00 cash or surety bond.
