The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine and adolescent vaccines (Tdap, HPV & Meningococcal) will be offered. Students 12 years of age and older, parents, staff, and other individuals are welcome to receive these vaccines. You do not need to have a child in school to take advantage of these clinics. Appointments are encouraged, to schedule call 641-421-9300.

“COVID-19 disrupted our lives, but vaccines are here and it’s time to take our lives back,” says Karen Crimmings, disease prevention manager at CG Public Health. “We must take the opportunity this summer and get our kids back on track and get them vaccinated before they return to school next year.”

It is completely selfish of people not to get vaccinated. It protects other people. All the scary stories are just bullcrap. Do your job, get protected or pay the price.

Parents should NOT vaccinate children for a covid virus of any kind.

yeah lets thin the herd we can always make more woo hoo!

Even when fully vaxed you can get the delta virus. But the symptoms are next to nothing compared to catching it without vaccination. And if it keeps mutating it does appeared this vaccine will protect us. The vaccine DOES work. Knowing this now is a wonderful relief compared to the skepticism early on with this whole pandemic mess. It can be rightly assessed that the rest of the world is in a whole lot of trouble without the vax. It will continued to mutate. And the more severe it gets the more deaths it will claim. It’s taking away your ability to breathe. The American Government came through for its people in its hour of need! Anybody that cannot see where this is heading is an idiot. The mutations keep growing in intensity.

Why does anyone need to be vaccinated for something that has a 0.26% fatality rate?

demoratic ploy for votes!

If you are a youngster that’s one thing, but if you are elderly the percentage is very great that you will not make it. Unless there is a medical reason why the elderly should not get it, most should get it. But for me the jury is still out on the elderly. The youngsters, NO WAY.

Even the most at risk individuals still only have about a 5% fatality rate from covid. I’d be much more worried about morbid obesity than I would be about covid.

Hope you are one of the 5%!
