North Korea: Concession, yielding to imperialism lead to death

Pyongyang, December 12 (KCNA) – It is a foolish act to harbor an illusion about the imperialists and expect any “reward” from them, Rodong Sinmun (official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Workers’ Party of Korea) Thursday says in an article.

It goes on:
If a country takes the choice of making compromise with the imperialists, it will end up losing sovereignty and finally go to ruin. This is proved by what happened in Iraq.

Once Iraq stood firm against the U.S. However, when the Persian Gulf War started, Iraq began stepping back, taken aback by the U.S. indiscriminate military attacks and bullying tactics.

After the war, the U.S. had continued air raids and harsh sanctions for more than a decade, pressurizing Iraq to disarm and surrender.

Iraq could not but meet the U.S. demands, deterred by the U.S. arms and pressure. The Iraqi leadership accepted the forced inspection of military installations including major facilities of the country as demanded by the U.S. In the end, Iraq allowed the inspection of even the presidential palace.

By doing so, Iraq tried to escape the U.S. imperialists’ invasion and maintain power. But it was a serious miscalculation. The more concessions Iraq made, the greater ones Washington pushed for. It used to put military pressure on Iraq when the latter failed to do so.

Finally in 2003 the U.S. easily toppled the Sadam regime through an invasion against Iraq which was weakened by many years of sanctions and air raids.

The same can be said of Libya.

Victory in the struggle for independence and progress is in store for the country and nation standing firm against the enemies.

This is proved by the history of the Korean people’s struggle.

“It is obvious they have lost their will.”

In order for one to have a will, there must be hope.

Since the days of “Dear Leader”, North Korean citizens have had such propaganda force fed to them on a daily basis. Government types on down believe this tripe.

And after a decade of starvation, which was of course blamed upon the Imperialist United States, and the “Puppet Authorities” in S. Korea, the only hope they have today is in the “Respected Comrade” or “Great Successor” or “Supreme Leader” ; Jung-un. That in and of itself would dissolve any hope one may have of a normal life.

Tuesday’s execution signals the continuation of purges in N. Korea. Today’s respected become tomorrow’s target practice it seems.

But folks, you can have hope. From good authority, the “Dear Leader” of the Chamber of Commerce will soon declare that North Korea has become, like Cuba, a vacation destination for Americans.

Kim Jung-un hopes you will believe her, and bring lots of dollars.

Is there a way someone can assassinate the little fat-face dictator? Remember this when you buy your Wal Mart goods: China supports these maniacs…Russia too. Every American wearing a Chinese made shirt is indiscriminately assisting heinous oppression across that part of the world. To shut down North Korea we have to BOYCOTT CHINA.

Good point. When you are oppressed so very long people must come to like it.

You would think when they execute someone for not thinking the way they want you, you might be next.

It is obvious they have lost their will.
