MASON CITY – A Mason City man was cited for a traffic violation Sunday after a minor traffic accident on the city’s south west side.
At approximately 1:30 pm Sunday afternoon, the Mason City Fire Department responded to an accident on Highway 122 and Winnebago Way.
At the scene of the incident, the emergency responders checked for injures and Mason City Police officers investigated the accident.
Robert Mulert of Mason City was cited for failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
There were no transports for injuries.
