OSAGE – Iowa Attorney General Brenna Bird will hold a town hall meeting in Osage next week.
According to the Mitchell county sheriff’s office, Republican Brenna Bird plans to be in Osage on April 9, 2026. They said she will “take concerns and questions from Mitchell County residents” that morning beginning at 8 AM and lasting until 9 AM.
“This will be held at Mitchell County Conservation, 1879 – 3 Highway 9 in Osage,” the sheriff’s office said.
Bird was elected to office on November 8, 2022 – the first Republican to hold the office since 1979 – and is serving her first term, as she campaigns for re-election in the upcoming November 3, 2026 elections. There will apparently be a Democrat opponent on the ballot, that is to be determined.
