MANCHESTER, IOWA – A Northern Iowa couple involved in a vicious fight were taken to jail for illegal drugs after cops arrived to investigate.
On May 15, 2022 the Manchester, Iowa police department received a complaint of a domestic that took place at 1004 East Main St., in Manchester. The initial investigation uncovered there was a verbal argument between the two parties. This led to a physical altercation that resulted in Kaiylee Smith choking her live in boyfriend Blake Baker. Further investigation uncovered Blake Baker held Kaiylee Smith in the apartment against her will. During the course of the investigation officers also found marijuana in the apartment.
As a result of these deeds and investigation, both Baker and Smith were arrested.
