CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake woman was arrested for simple domestic assault (708.2A (2A)) early Sunday morning.
Cassie Lee Maley, 21, was arrested after Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a trailer at the Long Beach Mobile Home Park located at 5851 S Shore Drive in Clear Lake.
Maley was taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail.
Simple domestic assault is a simple misdemeanor, punishable by a minimum of two days in jail and participation in a batterers’ treatment program.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
