MASON CITY – A Mason City man was caught drunk driving for a third time this weekend.
Mason City police stopped a vehicle at the 300 block of 3rd Street NE at about 2:36 AM Saturday, August 20. During the traffic stop, the officer determined that the driver, 39-year-old Daniel Martez Judon III, was intoxicated and had no valid driver’s license.
