Scott Michael Butt, age 34, was stopped by the Iowa State Patrol on September 12 in Cerro Gordo county. He was charged with third offense possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia and taken to jail.
Butt posted $2,000 bond and was released, pending a court date.
