FOREST CITY – Waldorf College’s annual Skate with the Warriors night will take place on Saturday, Feb. 15 at 7 p.m. in the Albert Lea City Arena. Community members are invited to attend the Warriors’ final home hockey game of the season and share the ice with the Warriors following their game against the University of St. Thomas.
“Skate with the Warriors is a great way for us to meet the fans and community members who support us all season,” Head Coach Brett Shelanski said. “We really enjoy this annual tradition.”
Skating will begin shortly after the game ends and will last an hour. Skates are available for the public to use and can be rented free of charge. Attendees are encouraged to wear purple attire and to bring family and friends.
The Feb. 15 game is also 4H Night, allowing all 4H members to attend for free. Regular admission to Waldorf College hockey games is $7 for adults and $5 for students. Waldorf College students get in free.
