MISSING
CHARLES CITY – A former Chicago woman living in Charles City and accused of at least two crimes since moving there is now listed as missing.
Feltisha Kolheim, age 20, was reported missing to Charles City police on September 16. She is African-American, 5′-7″ tall and 160 lbs.
Kolheim pled guilty to fifth degree theft on June 27 after a shoplifting incident two days prior in Charles City at the 1400 block of Grand Avenue.
Kolheim had a felony charge of domestic abuse involving strangulation dismissed in January. That alleged incident took place on November 24, 2013, after Charles City police responded to the 500 block of South Main Street.
Anyone with information on Kolheim’s whereabouts should contact Charles City police.
