Protected: Cops say homeless Iowa man stabbed his victim, pushed him in a river while promising death

IOWA CITY - Police are attempting to sort out a vicious stabbing incident in which a homeless Iowa man allegedly plunged a knife into his victim and pushed the injured man into a river.
