MASON CITY – Effective immediately, a road closure will occur on the 1600 and 1700 blocks of North Pennsylvania Avenue for manhole replacement and sanitary sewer repairs, City Hall said Tuesday.
This portion of the roadway will be closed to through traffic until Monday, October 14.
Avoid traveling in this area and plan an alternate route during this time. Expect congestion and delays around this area while the street is under construction. Please watch for construction workers and equipment if you are traveling near the work zone.
