Three teens charged for underage drinking party

cited-police-featured1MASON CITY – Three teens were cited after an underage drinking party was discovered early Thursday morning.

Mason City police were called to 506 South Tyler Avenue after a parking complaint. Upon further investigation, officers discovered an underage party at the residence there, with alcohol violations.

Charged were Hunter Pietig, age 16; Adriana Leigh Kelly, age 17 and Nicholas Dennis Sage, age 16.

    1. @Allen-They are supposed to charge the homeowner (Parent). The way I understand it, it doesn’t matter if they are home or not as they are responsible for what happens in their home.

    1. Yes, this is the Pietig girls younger brother. Both him and her hang around with some very bad kids that are legal drinking age. These older kids have been supplying them with alcohol and drugs, and have caused alot of trouble for this family. One of the older kids is a 23 year old female taking advantage of this 16 year old boy. The whole situation is very disturbing. These Pietig kids just lost their dad a little over a year ago. And these older kids are just toxic.

        1. If these were my kids, that 23 year old would have been arrested for drugging and seducing my child. And for the loser that the older sister is dating….he’s no stranger to the police. Like you said, hope no one gets hurt or dies from an overdose or accident.
