MASON CITY – Police were called to a North End residence late Tuesday on a report of a domestic assault.
Several police officers converged on 110 15th Street NW Tuesday at about 9:43 PM. After an investigation, it was determined that 34-year-old Troy Jesse Boggess had committed a serious domestic assault and a simple assault. He was arrested and jailed.
