THORNTON – Law enforcement investigated an alleged assault involving a teen and an air soft rifle.
A Cerro Gordo deputy took an assault report involving two juveniles and an air soft rifle. One juvenile was allegedly the victim. Another teen, 14-year-old Spencer Nelson of Thorton was arrested on an unspecified charge.
Parents were contacted and a report will be made to Juvenile Court Services.
