DAVENPORT – A Quad Cities daycare provider who beat a child will spend five years in prison.
Court records show that Christine Marie Pickering, age 34, of Davenport, pled guilty to one count of felony D child endangerment with bodily injury and was sentenced to five years in prison.
According to reports, Pickering, a daycare operator, beat a child, leaving a balk eye and cut, due to a poor test score.
