MASON CITY – Florida law enforcement have taken a former Mason City man awaiting trial on a sex abuse trial into custody today on multiple charges.

The Volusia County, Florida Sheriff’s Office has reported that Aramis Sauers, 26, was arrested Saturday for violating a protective order, resisting an officer with violence, and battery on a law enforcement officer.

Sauers is already awaiting trial in Mason City on a series of drug charges stemming from an April 2013 incident in Mason City Sauers was found to be in possession of marijuana and taken to the Cerro Gordo County Jail. Aramis is actually a very nice guy if you’ve met him. Yes his dad can get pretty extreme, but is actually a good guy. I know the Sauers family personally and we’ve had our disputes. However, they are the nicest, craziest, and most loyal family, who always stick together and I love that about them. It’s sickening to read these slanderous posts about them and their son (Especially the sex with a minor) you obviously don’t know any details and have no right mouthing off about what you don’t know.

Next time you feel the need to post something negative about another human being… Remember, everyone makes mistakes. Everyone has problems, but some are able to disguise them better than others. Everyone’s done something they shouldn’t have. Some are lucky enough not to get caught. Consider yourself lucky you’ve been able to hide your skeletons so far. Careful though, karma’s a bitch.

Anyways, my whole point is. You should probably shut your mouth and stop talking about shit you know nothing about.

Matt: Who was the judge that ROR’d him on the 5th degree theft charge? Thank you.

I guess these cases just prove how wrong the courts were to dismiss all those other charges………

@Matt-I think he was also a registered sex offender for messing with a underage girl. The whole damn family is screwed up. It doesn’t surprise me that his father would call you. They live by threats and intimidation.

For some reason, the audio file wouldn’t play for me. It came up, but nothing happened when I clicked on play and the sound was muted and wouldn’t unmute. The buttons were just unresponsive.

This guy belongs in jail. If he isn’t guilty of his current charges he is sure guilty of being stupid. Talk about never learning. What the hell is he doing in Florida if he is due to go to trial here?

Looks like he is obsessed with a woman and followed her to Florida where she got a protective order because he was threatening her.

The fact that he left the state while under release for other charges should also be crime he is charged with. They won’t.

Florida will probably be more then happy to give this knuckledragger back to Iowa. What Florida don’t know is that North Iowa’s legal system will more than likely give this guy some food stamps, some counseling and a blue ribbon and release him.

Well, that’s the way it appears to me.

His parents and siblings moved to Florida, a couple months later he moved there to be with his family.

Girlfriend is Alex went to jail with him in may she is from mason city and I believe lives with her mom….she was picked up at Beje from him and brought to Florida….

Was Mr. Sauers released on bond or was he ROR’d until his trial on July 23?

July 29th huh…? Hmmmz….
