WASHINGTON, D.C. – NIT regrets to report that convicted child killer and druggie Dustin Honken will get to continue to breathe air on Friday instead of die for his crimes.
Dustin Honken’s lust for cash and power led him to murder two little girls and their mother along with at least two men, years ago. He buried them in shallow graves in rural Mason City. For his crimes, he was sentenced to death. That death was finally scheduled to occur on Friday, July 17, 2020.
However, a judge today has delayed this long-overdue justice. In a ruling handed down in District of Columbia District Court by Judge Tanya Chutkan, the U.S. Department of Justice to must delay the executions of Honken and three others. Chutkan writes:

“The court finds that at least one of Plaintiffs’ claims has a likelihood of success on the merits, and that absent a preliminary injunction, Plaintiffs will suffer irreparable harm. It further finds that the likely harm that Plaintiffs would suffer if the court does not grant injunctive relief far outweighs any potential harm to Defendants. Finally, because the public is not served by short-circuiting legitimate judicial process, and is greatly served by attempting to ensure that the most serious punishment is imposed in a manner consistent with our Constitution, the court finds that it is in the public interest to issue a preliminary injunction. Accordingly, having reviewed the parties’ filings, the record, and the relevant case law, and for the reasons set forth above, the court will GRANT Plaintiffs’ Motion for a Preliminary Injunction. A corresponding order will be issued simultaneously.”
The court will serve notice, apparently, on when the executions may occur.

He said he has been born again and repented. Now we need to send him home to be judged by our Father in Heaven.
Everybody that is sent to prison for a long time says that they are born again and repents, until they get out. If you can’t get along in society because you think that’s it’s OK to rape, kill etc, then you don’t belong in society. Hence, an eye for an eye, let the punishment fit the crime.

You ever think this was the right thing to do? No, probably not because none of you are concerned at all about the victim’s families; you’re more concerned about being the ‘other’ victim- the self-proclaimed tough guy who’s upset because he can’t be there in person or watch it on tv. How many freaking nights have you laid awake thinking about this POS sitting in a cell in Indiana? I would guess none. How many nights have been sleepless because you can’t quit thinking about if your son or daughter, brother or sister, grandkids, or friend suffered greatly before death? I would imagine none. They have earned the right to see the murderer leave this world and you haven’t.
We all suffer before death, it’s called life. I’m not sure what you are trying to say in your comment, but it seems that you are minimizing what he did buy what you think others may think or feel. This guy is a terrible human being, and had no regard for life. Why should he go on living after taking the lives of five people, two of which were children. He’s a burden on society and needs to be put down, it’s called an eye for an eye.
The sentences won’t be carried out, because they might feel a little pain.
These animals don’t deserve to have peaceful, painless deaths. Their victims suffered.
Why should these lowlifes not suffer at least what their victims did.

Very good case in point,is the couple from St. Louis. They had an armed mob(said to be between 300-500 people), break in to their private property gated community. The mob threatened to kill them, their dog, and burn down their house. The home owners felt threatened,again, this mob was armed, so they got out guns of their own.
Guess what, St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has publicly declared that she is looking for criminal charges to bring against the couple.
Yes, this mob is being called “peaceful protesters”. Yes, the Attorney is a liberal. Victim is wrong for wanting to protect themselves and their property, what awful people, right?
