Mason City man already facing two court dates for driving while revoked stopped again for same

MASON CITY – A Mason City man awaiting two trials for driving while revoked was picked up for the same offense in the early morning hours of May 5th.

According to the Cerro Gordo Coutny Sheriff’s Office, Monte Dean Neubauer was stopped for an equipment violation on May 5th at about 1:33 AM near the intersection of Nettle Avenue & 210th Street.  Neubauer was arrested for driving while revoked and on a valid Cerro Gordo County Warrant that was issued on April 23rd after he failed to appear in court for an earlier offense of driving while revoked.

Neubauer is awaiting trial on June 6th, 2013 on a driving while suspended or revoked charge from a February 27th incident.  He is also awaiting trial on August 22nd, 2013 for the same charge after being stopped on March 29th.

Neubauer posted $300.00 bond and was released from jail.
