ALGONA – The Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office would like to announce the recipient for the “1440 Citizen of the Month” for August 2021 is Chuck Redemske of Algona. Chuck was nominated because of his “calm, confident, and professional personality” both as a nurse and as a trainer for those in the medical and first responder profession.
Throughout his career he spent countless hours caring for patients with a positive attitude and caring nature. Chuck has volunteered for his church and community his entire life. He has been described as both upbeat and encouraging whether teaching in a classroom or caring for a patient. When presented with the award, Chuck was sure to point out that his wife Linda was just as deserving for her same dedication to volunteering! Caring, respectful, positive attitude, and always willing to help others are just a few of the reasons Chuck Redemske is our August 1440 Citizen of the Month!
