PALO ALTO COUNTY – A Northern Iowa man is facing felony charges after he was caught with illegal drugs.
On November 15, 2020 at 8:30 PM, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office conducted a traffic stop in the 1300 block of Main Street in Emmetsburg. As a result of the stop the driver of the vehicle, 23-year-old Jacob Poulin of Graettinger, Iowa, was placed under arrest and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver, a D felony, possession of drug paraphernalia, and improper rear lamps. Poulin was transported without incident to the Palo Alto County Jail where he was booked in to await his initial appearance.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Emmetsburg Police Department.
