PALO ALTO COUNTY – A North Iowa man was arrested after a domestic disturbance.
On July 6, 2020 at 7:08 PM, the Palo Alto County Communications Center received an emergency call of a domestic situation that was occurring at 502 S. Roberts Ave in Graettinger. After an investigation into the incident, the Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office arrested Ricky Dean Cole, age 55 of Graettinger, on the charges of Domestic Abuse Assault, bodily injury-1st offense (a serious misdemeanor). Cole was arrested in the 500 block of S. Roberts Ave. Cole was transported to the Palo Alto County Jail where he was held until his initial appearance before a magistrate judge.
