Beje Clark adds two more to the list of recent escapees

Beje Clark has reported to Mason City Police Department that two felons are unaccounted for after being sentenced to their custody in the past couple weeks.

Two Mason City Police officers were called to Beje Clark at 9:25pm on April 16th after 22-year-old Devin Lee Sexton left the building and did not return. Officers searched the area and were unable to locate Sexton.

Sexton currently has two felony warrants for his arrest. The 1st outstanding warrant charges him with escape of a felon a class “D” felony. The 2nd outstanding warrant is for violating his probation in a possession of marijuana with intent to deliver conviction.

Devin Sexton was sentenced to Beje Clark for 180 days after violating the terms of his probation on March 19th he is listed as escaped less than 1 month later.

A Mason City Police officer applied for a felony warrant for 38-year-old Brandon Charles Page at 6pm on May 1st after Beje Clark reported his absence from their custody.

Page currently has two felony warrants for his arrest. The 1st outstanding warrant charges him with escape of a felon a class “D” felony. The 2nd outstanding warrant is for violating his probation in a gathering for use of methamphetamine plea bargain.

Page was previously charged with manufacturing methamphetamine in the presence of minors (124.401(1)(c)) a class “C” felony. That offense took place on August 16, 2010. Judge Stephen Carroll accepted a plea bargain from Page on November 28, 2011, where he plead guilty to gathering for use of drugs (124.407-2), a class “D” felony.

Brandon Page was sentenced to Beje Clark for 180 days after violating the terms of his probation on April 16th. Page was transported to Beje Clark on April 28th and listed as escaped less than 5 days later.

Both men have been on the run from law enforcement and many occasions. If anybody has information on where these individuals can be located they may call their local police department.
