AMES – According to the Ames Police Department, a former Iowa State football player was pepper sprayed arrested early this morning.
Former ISU DE Jacob Lattimer was arrested at 2:01 a.m. for public intoxication, interference with official acts and disorderly conduct.
Multiple tweeters are reporting that Lattimer was caught fighting, ran from police, was pepper sprayed, and blew a 0.19 blood alcohol level.
Lattimer pleaded guilty last year to assault on a peace officer, online records show. He received 2 years probation and a $250 fine.
